Great communication & coordination of scheduling & arrival. Appreciated the photos of technicians in advance & the text message alerting me to their arrival. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly explaining & answering my questions. Air Masters was referred to me & I am pleased with all aspects of the company. I recently had my central air replaced in my home after going 5.5 years without it, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible service I received from Air Master. Before choosing Air Master, I had five different companies come out to my home. Out of everyone, Joe was the only advisor who was truly patient with me and took the time to understand what I had been going through. He came out to my home, explained the different packages clearly, listened to my concerns, and never made me feel pressured. He was not salesy or pushy at all. He was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Although I was not able to get financing, Air Master’s process was so thorough and well-organized that I still felt comfortable moving forward with the company when I was able. From the initial assessment to the installation, the entire process was extremely quick, smooth, and professional. Air Master then sent out two of the absolute best technicians, Daryl Postell and Caleb. They arrived right on time at 8:00 AM, just as they said they would. They told me the installation would be completed by 4:00 PM, but they finished even earlier at 3:20 PM. Daryl and Caleb were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely patient from start to finish. They explained everything to me the condenser outside, the unit inside, and the thermostat and they demonstrated how everything worked. Both of them knew the system very well, and neither one made me feel rushed or confused. They each took their time with me, and I truly appreciated that. They also cleaned up after themselves and left my basement even cleaner than it was before they arrived. I was honestly so impressed by their work ethic, their talent, and the care they showed throughout the entire installation. After going so long without central air, this meant so much to me. These young men made me feel completely at ease, and their patience and professionalism were so genuine that I almost wanted to cry. Honestly, I wanted to give them both a hug, but the air in my home felt so good that I got distracted! Air Master is truly a company you can feel confident investing your money in when it comes to your home’s heating and cooling. I hope every homeowner gets Daryl Postell and Caleb as their technicians. Thank you to Joe, Daryl, Caleb, and Air Master for making this entire experience such a blessing.

We would recommend Airmaster 100 times over! From the start, our Comfort Advisor, Domenic, provided excellent guidance and helped us choose the right unit for our home. Then Erildo and his team completed a 4-day installation and did an outstanding job.

The quality of their work was exceptional each day—even in 90+ degree weather. Erildo and the crew arrived on time daily, were extremely professional, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. We’re so glad we chose Airmaster for our HVAC installation.

He was down to earth, professional, and sincere with his intentions to accurately diagnose the issue accurately to find the right solution for my HVAC issue, not just the most profitable for the company. He went out of his way to explain every step he took to diagnose the issue based on both my anecdotal information and his measurements, providing ease of mind and understanding. Dave is my technician and he is amazing! During his visit he communicated his undeniable knowledge and understanding of the product (Gibson HVAC unit) listened intently. He came prepared to meet my homes needs and detected, addressed and treated the gas leak coming from pipes connected to my unit. I have Cats and his respect for them, my home and all my concerns makes him and Air Masters the company I’ll keep. Chrisi’s superb Customer Service, support and understanding set the tone and moved this project forward. She is top notch, personable and a dream for any Owner. I spoke with Corrine I believe who promptly gave information on Dave’s arrival.5 star treatment! Worth the money and peace of mind.
