ILKB in Hicksville is the place to be!!!! If your an early bird, or like the late night workouts they have you covered! The staff here is incredible. They are always instructing us to do better and motivating us every class. The environment is upbeat and fun, the music is great and the people are awesome!!! Its a fun hour you won't regret. The workouts may seem tough in the beginning but you build up strength and power through it as you continue! I am so happy I joined ILKB. I highly recommend this workout!!

Been there a year and a couple of months. Met a lot of really nice people and have gained a lot of strength. The instructors are very energetic and fun and I've learned so much about fitness and nutrition. I found a workout that I love and makes me sweat. Best of all, it only takes an hour.

iLoveKickboxing training is unique. You get an awesome workout with so much fun and great instructors, I have never seen a workout like this before. You go there because you know it's going to be a lot of fun and you will see results very fast. Since I joined iLoveKickboxing I can see good results and how my body changed. The changing rooms are clean and the studio has always a good atmosphere. Just take one class and you want to come again.
