Been here 7 months, and am so happy! I wish I had applied sooner. But I am here and it's very beautiful inside and on the grounds as well. Staff is great! Tenants are very friendly. I give them 5 *****.

don't live here, the elevator has been broken for about a couple weeks and I have seen spiders and bugs all over the building, the fire alarm goes off every month about 2 times a month, the workers go into your house without warning, one time I went outside and seen used needles, there's a park at the side of the building but no swings, my family can't even have a car and put it in the parking lot because so many cars get broken into, the dryers in the laundry room have destroyed my clothes by ripping them and if your clothes are in the washer and you leave there's a change someone will literary take it out and put it on the floor, the dryer takes 30 mins but it will won't dry so you will have to do it about 3 times for it to dry.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the building management team. Everyone has always been extremely polite, kind, and helpful, which truly makes a difference in our daily experience. I would especially like to highlight Salles, who was incredibly supportive at the beginning, helping us through each step with great professionalism, patience, and care. My husband and I are truly grateful for all the help he provided.

In addition, the maintenance team is excellent. From keeping the common areas clean to handling repairs whenever needed, they consistently do an outstanding job. It is very reassuring to live in a place where the entire team is so dedicated and attentive.

It's a good place overall. Close to most amenities. Whenever there is a maintenance issue in the apartment, its worked upon quickly. Friendly staff and best of all is the views.

The 5 stars is solely for the maintenance team. Cody and the other workers constantly go above and beyond to ensure my apartment is clean, safe, and well maintained. They help outside of the apartments as well whether it’s lending an umbrella to tenants getting to their cars in the rain or helping to load up the elevator with your groceries. The maintenance team themselves makes living here a lot more bearable, even with some of the other downsides the complex has to offer.
