My sister and i tried to buy a car from this dealer. The feeling we had was a USED CAR RIPOFF place.
We tried to buy a used Volvo only to find out after we completed deal that odometor was in miles. I told the salesmen who had only been working there for 3 days that I did not want this car. He went to see Manager Joe who said too bad I bought a car and I had too take it or lose my $2000 deposit. I said I dont want USA CAR and when I was told there was warranty now the car has no warranty. The sales person said sorry he did not know but Joe Manager said we will take me to court if I did not take delivery.
Whe n I went to the dealer to cancel Manager joe sat down with me with GM mARK Goodman who is an over weight heart attack waiting to happen told me I signed deal and had no option but to take car. i told hi m to shove it and left.
WE Told them that we will call the dealer legal team VSA and GM FAT MARK buckled and returned our deposit
Dealership has no ethic and is shady stay well clear unless you wnat lies and dieception
Very crooked place stay clear!

We are disappointed in your remarks regarding our dealership and are sorry that our attempts to correct the situation, including a full refund and release from the purchase agreement we had made with you seem not to have given you the relief you desired. We certainly hoped it wouldn't have caused you to write such nasty personal attacks on the good people who tried to resolve your issue. We take every effort with all customers to advise them of all known aspects of every car we sell, new or used. We regret you feel that our experience didn't award you that.
