This dealer lost the ownership and registration for my car the first time I brought it there for service. Repeated calls (even to the service manager) yielded nothing more than an offer to refund the $15 cost of replacing the ownership.
The money isn't the issue, their cavalier attitude and apparent failure to attempt to find my ownership is.
And the icing on the cake, I checked the dipstick in my car to find that the crankcase has been overfilled by almost 2L!
