Let me start with the good: the tech who came out was sharp, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything below is about the company, not him.

I paid $1,000 for a diagnostic. The work order said clean the units. What “cleaning” meant in practice was dusting a filter and then handing me a list of everything wrong and a quote to fix it. So a thousand dollars bought me a diagnosis and nothing else.

That quote: $933 per mini split to clean them, and over $7,000 for most of what my facility needed. I turned it down and hired another company, which completed the entire job for about a third of the price. Same work, same result, and no four-figure fee to be told what was wrong in the first place.

If you’re considering this company, get a competing quote before you agree to anything, including the diagnostic. The number you’re shown may have very little to do with what the work actually costs.

Three stars, and every one of them belongs to the technician.

Adan from Carini helped us with a water softener installation. Service was exceptional - he arrived first thing in the morning and completed the install ahead of schedule. He told us exactly what he needed to do to run the plumbing and install the tanks before hand and the final product looked just as he described. No surprises!

Adan and his company did an amazing job, and I highly recommend them! From start to finish, their customer service and communication were outstanding. Adan was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair process.

They replaced a faulty valve that was causing low hot water pressure. The work was completed quickly, the pricing was fair, and everything was left clean and in great condition. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is honest, reliable, and truly cares about its customers. I will definitely use Adam and his team again for any future plumbing needs.

Caleb, Anton,, and Billy did a fantastic job. They worked efficiently, cleanly, and professionally to install our system on time and with perfection. John, our project manager was with us every step of the way from scoping the system to follow through. I unhesitatingly recommend Carini Home Services.

As someone with high standards, I was thoroughly impressed. I’m particular about workmanship, and this team delivered. The team was professional, meticulous, and exceeded all expectations during the mini split installation. The unit was perfectly aligned and installed seamlessly, clearly done with precision and pride. They arrived on time, protected the work area with care, and left everything spotless. The system was up and running quickly, and they took the time to walk me through how it worked. Exceptional service from start to finish. From the sales, installation, to electrical, the crew went above and beyond. Thank you Fadi, Jun, Chris, Shawn, and Javier!
