Air Plus did an outstanding job for me! Jose and his team installed a brand-new AC system in my home and also repaired a second and third unit that was having issues. They were professional, punctual, and honest about costs with no upselling. I had four different companies provide bids, and Air Plus had the best solution at the most competitive price. All three systems are running perfectly now. I highly recommend Air Plus for any AC installation or repair needs. Everyone needing help with AC issues in the Coachella Valley should get Air Plus to provide a quote for system replacements and service.

This company was almost too good to believe. We were expecting to be charged three times as much. I’ve been here in Cathedral City 22 years and have experienced many companies, but this one is honest and fair and doesn’t take it advantage of seniors or military or because where we live. super impressed. highly recommended on time, courteous. I will have to say it’s one of the best companies I’ve dealt with in Cathedral City in greater Palm Springs area. you can tell just by the service you’ll get.

Yet again Jose is a lifesaver! I came home to a hot house and a blank thermostat - after 6pm on a Friday. I called Air Plus, expecting voicemail, but Jose picked up, and not only that, he was at my house in about an hour! He quickly figured out what was wrong and I'm grateful to say it was a very minor repair. I LOVE AIR PLUS! Support this small business!

Ignacio and his partner Jose tech came out the same day and was able to have my ac running back in the flash. They were very professional and very reasonable. Finding trustworthy people nowadays is difficult. There for I am extremely thankful for their honesty and service. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.

We were referred to Air Plus through a friend and like so many other reviews, we received exceptional service and professionalism from Jose and the entire crew that did our work. After a brief consultation with Jose about service to our 30 y.o. unit, we decided the best approach was to install a new heat pump unit. Jose was professional and presented options and consideration. His customer service and respectful approach to dealing with customers is top notch and really a breath of fresh air compared to other service providers in this area. The crew show up a few days later and completed the work as planned and the craftsmanship of the entire install was outstanding. The price was very competitive and we are very pleased. We will also be using them for routine maintenance going forward in addition that will include our tankless water heater. I have been through a wide range of experiences with service providers in this area from off-putting and arrogant to no-shows --- count on these guys to be there for you and be straight forward and respectful!
