Let me start by saying I have never wrote a review about anything but I'm so DISAPPOINTED with my experience I have to leave a review. So with that said yesterday I took my costume jewelry into them bc on the video I saw the Neil guy claims to go thru your stuff piece by piece infront of you and test your items well that is a BOLD-FACED LIE!! Let me tell you first of all from what I could see there where at least 4 guys behind the counter and including myself 3 customers in the store. So when I give the guy the jumble of costume jewelry I have he tells me that he only pays $2 a pound for this kind of stuff and I said ok but still expecting the man to still look thru it all like they claim too do he didn't he actually rushed me thru the other things I had w me I didn't even get to show him all I had he just said $9 and if I didn't absolutely need money I wouldn't have sold them anything he was in such a hurry to move on that he couldn't be bothered to finish our transaction himself he told some other guy to give me $9 and that was it no thank you or have a great day. Honestly they are false advertising bc they didn't do anything they claimed too in the end of it I got screwed over big time I wish I could do more than just leave a review I wish I could take some sort of legal action or get the right kind of service or even my stuff back I feel like they got me
