These people right here in this store is very disrespectful and have no type of professionalism at all!!!! Soon leaving Verizon anyways but just wanted to let that be known because my family been with Verizon for many many years (10 + years) but those people that work there make it real easy to want to go with any other company but VERIZON!!!

I walked in and Anthony greeted me with a nice smile and gave me the time and help I needed. He was very professional and respectful. Super helpful and I’m extremely happy I met with him. Highly recommend this branch and especially meeting with Anthony for his assistance.

These guys know what they are doing! I was told by another location I couldn't get a number back and these guys were able to get the number back and take care of everything on the account. They are all super knowledgeable and have A1 customer service. I would definitely suggest visiting this location even if its out of your way, the store is very clean and well stocked also.

This store location is really awful. They do not know how to operate business and have good customer service. I go here many times because it’s in my area to pay my bill in the kiosk. But now I avoid it like the plague, both the manager and employees are nasty. Today I went there a half an hour before closing just to play my bill on the machine. They rushed me and my sister and said they will close down the machine 1 minute after seven instead of allowing us to finish the transaction. I find that no matter the time of day you come into the store they will give you bad customer service and hardly ever help you solve the issue you came in for. All they want are sales, the manager told me this himself. He informed me that helping me with anything else is a waste of time for him and his employees. Really dislike how things are run there.

Had the best experience at this location. I had T-Mobile and when I stopped by to see what promotions Verizon had. Zhanna mad sure that I received the best deal. Switched me into a business plan gave me free phones and made sure that I left happy. But the best part was she reached out to me a few weeks later to make sure that my service was good and that I didn’t have any surprises on my bill. By far the best experience I ever had. Thank you Zhanna. I will be recommending businesses to you going forward.
