Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Honesty – Thank You, Dennis Brown!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing team at Hilton Brentwood/Nashville Suites!
During my stay with friends, everything was exceptional, from the beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortable rooms to the warm hospitality and professionalism of the entire staff.
However, what truly made this experience unforgettable was an extraordinary gentleman named Dennis Brown.
During my stay, I lost something that was extremely valuable and personally meaningful to me. Dennis found it and made sure it was safely returned to me. His honesty, integrity, kindness, and genuine concern meant more to me than words can express.
In a world where acts of honesty and kindness can sometimes feel rare, Dennis is a wonderful reminder that truly good people still exist. I sincerely wish there were more individuals like him in this world

It was my own fault booking this hotel, this was one of my first times booking a hotel on my own. I thought I was only checking room availability and gave my information but was immediately emailed that a cancellation would be non-refundable. Lesson learned. We ended up paying over $250 as the room was insanely overpriced at $220, and they charge $12 per vehicle for PARKING! And on top of the insanely outrageous price, there was no complimentary breakfast. As I said, it was my own fault for booking this hotel, but never again. This hotel is way overpriced and they offer nothing to justify it. Unless you are extremely wealthy I do not recommend this hotel at all. My wife also pointed out that the workers at the front desk seemed extremely unhappy. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to share our experience.

Everyone is very friendly here. Very comfortable place to stay. It was great food in the restaurant and Liked their bourbon selection. It was nice. Also going into the executive lounge. Plenty of Diamond status parking as well.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and find it very convenient and comfortable. The only negative aspect is in some rooms the wall in the bedroom connects to a window so it is not firmly connected to a wall. This time we had one of those rooms and had a neighbor that was more than noisy, lasting till 2am. We had a very difficult time sleeping.
The Assistant Guest Services Manager, Theresa Freeman, was at the desk, immediately recognized the problem and moved us to an upgraded room for our troubles. She was so nice and helpful I can only thank her for the outstanding service. Hilton needs to get her to teach a class on customer services.
Thank you Theresa.

Hilton Review
Check-in: Check in went smoother than any other Hilton. First Hilton in a few trips where I didn’t have to move rooms because of it being dirty. Theresa was great! On Wednesday I learned about the executive lounge so I went and talked with her again and instead of having the 1000 points selected as a Gold member, I was able to transfer it to the executive lounge. She even talked with her manager and showed me how to update my preferences! Amazing service.
Accommodations: The printer is difficult to use, but Nikki was very happy to print out what I needed. She even made sure that the excel I needed was printed correctly. That’s top-notch service that I appreciate. Has a pool and a hot tub, but I didn’t use either because I forgot my suit! I think it has a gym, but not sure of the equipment because I was too tired after work to even think about working out.
Dinner: Fabulous selection. Bartender Michelle is FANTASTIC! She told me about the executive lounge which was new to me. She also provided amazing service and great food recommendations. The first night I had the chicken dinner with green beans and mash. It comes with two pieces of chicken. Tuesday, I had the Pasta Primavera with the creamy pesto sauce and with chicken. Amazing recommendation from Michelle as well and very filling. Slightly disappointed with the “garlic” bread. Seemed more like toast, but still really good. Wednesday I had the burger with the mac & cheese. Both were to die for! Finally on Thursday I had the Spinach and Artichoke dip…Yummy, and the pizza…also Yummy! And I even got a free desert! I forget the gentleman’s name who offered it, but it was fantastic. A Snickerdoodle cookie with icecream! I also tried my hand at the bourbon neat for the one in the barrel as well as the delicious wheat beer.
Breakfast: Pedro was my server on Tuesday and I had Jerry on Wednesday. Both were amazing servers who were attentive to my needs. I had the three egg omelet on both days with potatoes and toast. Love the little jelly’s they bring out in individual mini jars. Coffee was black and delicious. Very filling breakfast.
Location: Great location. I felt safe and secure.
Room: Very roomy King Suite with a separate living area, roomy bathroom, and great bed. I loved the bed so much I wanted to take it with me. It was so comfy. The room temperature was very cool as well which helps with the summer heat.
Overall, my stay was so pleasant and if I ever come back to Nashville, I will only stay here. The people, the accommodations, the rooms, and the locations all deserve 10/10.
