Rooms and location are fantastic. Next to Orion, plenty of good food nearby. Staff and service pretty hit or miss. I don't appreciate being double charged for snacks from the lobby. I REALLY don't appreciate Hotel Indigo trying to charge me for late checkout when I'm both IHG diamond elite and paid for my reservation w/ Amex. IHG status or Amex should have guaranteed me free late check out. I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY don't appreciate not being able to sleep because your property chose to allow nitrous vendors to sell their garbage balloons right outside the entrance to the hotel. The hissing and popping noises were unacceptable. Absolutely pathetic experience at this property. Really lame experience. Even getting extra towels could be a chore. Why do I need to exchange 14 text message w/ the front desk about towels? Just bring them to my room. Many of the employees were just not trained to be hospitality workers and I don't want to hear your excuses about being a new property etc. My stay was absolutely unacceptable.

My plans unexpectedly changed. I booked through Expedia but the ladies at this hotel were very gracious and accommodating to me. They didn’t have to do anything, but they did anyway. They worked with Expedia and took care of me on this trip. Thanks again to the crew at Hotel Indigo! I can’t wait to stay here in the future.

This was the coolest hotel that really represents Huntsville! I took several pictures from the wallpaper to the lighting in the hallway. We had a great view of the pond from our window. The bed was the perfect firmness. Everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay!
