What ever you do, DON'T go with this water company!! VERY unprofessional service!! We had the "free" water filter do MAJOR damage to our bathroom and all they are offering is $100.00 Visa card to rectify it!! They are also trying to accuse us that we touched the filter and caused it to leak. It leaked in our second bathroom, that we don't use, for days!!! There is no possible way someone touched that filter. They took the filter and are claiming it is fine. Now, aside from the damage, there is a useless tap installed to our sink that if it was removed, would leave a hole in its place. We were told the president would contact us and he never did. Then they said they'd called us back about what he had said which is ABSOLUTELY untrue! Either way, they said he's not doing nothing because we didn't pay to have that filter installed and that if we want to talk to him, then we have to call them and "try" to see if he's available at 9:30 tomorrow morning. We cannot believe how incredibly unprofessional this company is. I actually had to tell the lady I just spoke to that she don't need to speak to me in the manner she was. So very rude! Save yourself this hassle and go with another company!!

One of the best decisions our family has made was to install a water filter system from Eagle Water! What an enlightenment as to how dirty our tap water really was! Since installing our system, our clothes are cleaner, our food tastes better, our skin is soft and moist and our hair is shiny and soft! We have saved money on our detergents and soaps and we no longer buy bottled water, a win for our environment! The installation was smooth sailing and our representative as very personable and knowledgeable, only adding to our experience. Looking forward to the continual benefits that this system will have on our family. Eagle Water is top notch in our family!
