Complete scammer!! Just discovered that my 87 year old grandmother was scammed by this company 5 years ago and is still being scammed. An unsolicited salesman repeatedly came to her house and told her she needed a water softener in order to have safe drinking water. She was then roped into a never ending loan with their finance department. What is valued at maybe $1000 tops, will end up costing her 10x that amount. When I called the company, Debbie Collins answered and claimed that this company no longer exists and she doesn't have any paperwork regarding any accounts. Preying on the elderly is disgusting!!! We will not allow these fraudelent practices to go unnoticed. Eagle Water and their sleezy salesman should be ashamed of themselves!!

Not only did you waste my time and lie to me about how long your presentation was and that we would get $100 just for letting you go through your spiel, (which you never had any intention of giving, and you are online as having done this many times with complaints with the BBB) and that no purchase was required, and even though I let you know we were not interested because we have a system, you insisted on going through an 1 1/2hrs (which I can never get back) of pushy salesmanship and gave us nothing but an overwhelming sense of amazement at your gull. Your phony bs phone calls (which there were at least 4) to your supervisor were annoying, and so were you.
If you have any credibility at all, I could not find it.
You should be ashamed of yourselves for trying the hard sell. I can't imagine how many people you rope in for your scam.
When somebody tells you they are not interested...THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED. And lying to people just to get a foot in the door is very unsavory and slick of you.
Do not ever, and I mean EVER, call us or contact us again you liars.
You do not deserve any ratings at all. I know you will take this down as soon as you can because it's hard to carry that lie if you leave it up.

I got a gift card too but I have not signed up with them yet. First of all I want to verify the authenticity of the gift card as credibility of the company and then if it is real I will consider signing up. Dont get me wrong, I want to make sure that every thing they do and offer is genuine and the gift card / winning coupon is not a scam.
the representative was very thorough but I think if they could tailor it according to the home owners time and convenience , it will be better appreciated

I recently had my Eagle Water system installed and I love it!! My skin feels so soft, and my dishes are sparkling! I drink more water now and my pets do too. Cleaning is a breeze, no more scrubbing soap scum for me!! How fantastic! Not only am I happy with my system but the company as a whole. The folks at Eagle Water Niagara were very professional and extremely helpful in addressing my water needs. I will never not have Eagle Water running through my pipes again!

I really enjoyed my whole experience with Eagle Water Niagara. I took the advice of a friend and gave them a call. We live on a country rural area and we have well water. I was concerned about the quality of the water that my family was drinking and I gave these guys a call. They sent a rep to come out and see me and he did a water sampling. The sales guy was really thorough in explaining everything to me and my wife. We have had our unit installed now for 4 months and I decide to write this review so other would know about our experience because their is a lot of shady companies out there. Eagle isn't one of them, they were upfront about the costs and what I would be getting and they did what they said they would. The water is 100% better and my family loves it. Thanks again Eagle Water Niagara you made my family a lot happier.
