I had to find a last minute storage just for about a week and a half, here at 1577 Lauzon road they were super helpful and friendly! Uhual wouldn’t allow me to rent for such a little time this company did they set everything up on the phone within minutes! Pro rated it so I didn’t have to pay full price and let’s not forget about FRANk he helped me move my couch into the storage unit which he didn’t have to do showed me how everything worked explained everything in detail super nice funny and kind, I live across the city and will always do business here highly recommend! Prices are way better than anywhere else in the city!

From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed. Frank was very knowledgeable informative and helpful. Took me to go see the locker so I could be sure it was big enough for my needs. Everyone working with very friendly and answered any questions I had. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage locker. Well deserving of five stars.

I had a great experience with Smart Storage at 1577 Lauzon Road in Windsor. I was able to reserve my unit online easily, and when I arrived, the staff walked me through everything and guided me right to my unit. The Storage Mart at 1577 Lauzon Rd in Windsor has a very nice complex. The manager Lisete and her staff Chris and Beth are always on the move keeping this place neat and tidy. I have had a unit here for years and they have always taken care of my needs and requests. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing employees! I went in there not knowing how any of this worked and beth help explain it too me in a way that I was able to understand, and i have never had someone as helpful as her help me with any type of service, had a locker ready for me withing 30 minutes, pretty straight forward. I thought it would've taken way more to get my stuff in the locker, but everything was done quickly and explained well!

Very clean facility, but that is the only thing that the manager cares about. Terrible customer service skills for a manager. The staff otherwise are pretty great. The manager only cares about her reviews from corporate and doesn't even try to have any customer service skills. A literally direct qoute from her once when she walked all the way across the facility to me at 6pm and then told me to "come back to me tomorrow during business hours she's off the clock". Then why did you bother to come all the way over to me when you seen me pull in the lot??
Don't get me started on the mice infestation

We got a storage unit one year ago. We have had 2 price increases and now the price is doubled. Absolutely ridiculous!
Asking for five-star reviews at the beginning of the transaction is very smart of them actually, because you forget that you ever gave them a five-star Google review. So many other cheaper options out there. We are already looking into them!

Today i had the absolute pleasure of renting a storage locker from Lisette. I was provided several size options based on how I described my needs, and ultimately ended up taking Lisette's suggestion over the unit I was originally interested in. The rental process was quick and easy, and all of my questions were answered before I had a chance to ask them! The facility itself is very clean and well kept, and I appreciate the security measures they have in place. I'm glad I chose StorageMart for my storage needs!

They offer the "first month free" but in the first 3 months they have raised the price TWICE, almost $30 an month more. Head office was supposed to "get back to me" but never has. They push for a "5 star" when signing up. Funny how that works. Just be prepared for your unit to jump up in price.

I rented heated space inside and it is very clean & nice. The rules seem reasonable, the access is sufficient and the security measures are appropriate. The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only slightly, partially negative thing I can say is that they contacted me a lot from the time of my initial inquiry until I actually started renting.
