Very good customer service.
Otherwise nothing great to brag about.
Just another storage facility.
My main complaint is the clearing of snow, more than a couple of times the loading and unloading dock areas and the driveway was not cleared fully. So when you you're sharing the dock it's terrible. Worst-case is when sharing the dock with a big vehicle.

I stopped by to purchase a box . The young lady was so very helpful. My large item needed a more custom box so she helped me cut and tape a box to fit exactly over my item. She was amazing so very helpful. Customer service friendliness made my day.

It's my first time renting here at StorageMart Bell Farm. The Facility is clean and well maintained. Olena and Evan were great, they were very courteous and took the time to explain every part of the renting process. I felt very welcome.
