I am very happy with StorageMart at 680 Kipling Avenue as my belongings have been kept safe and secure for almost four years in a climate-controlled and pest-free environment. I wholeheatedly recommend them. All communication has been crystal clear All the staff have been very professional, kind, accommodating, personable and attentive to my needs, especially the manager, Rob. They even hold the door for my wheelchair when I'm entering and leaving.

Beautifully clean and well-run facility. We have had lockers here for several years for various projects of different sizes and every one has been spotless, fairly priced, and easy to get in and out of. Super responsive staff and never any problems with safety, security, or parking. Awesome option for extra square footage.

Abinii was very helpful! Repeated things as many times as I needed, very informative and thorough. Patient, friendly, intuitive, accommodating. It was my first time getting a unit and my confusion was palpable. I'm not good with numbers, directions, and get overwhelmed with information easily. I brought my partner to help me understand and retain information. Abinii picked up quickly that he was the big brain for this process even though I'm the owner of the unit. She was gentle and forgiving when we didn't understand something. I greatly appreciated being treated with this much kindness.

I couldn't be happier with the service. Storage Mart is one of the very best, of not the best, for price, service and convenience. Friendliest staff I've ever interacted with; I believe their service is second to none.
