First time renting a storage unit. Compared prices online and StorageMart was amongst those who had the best prices. I reserved online which was pretty easy. Showed up the next day with my first load. Met with Jazz and when she found out that this was my first time there, she escorted me to my unit so that I wouldn't have to look for it. She answered all of my questions with a smile and even put the elevator at "service" for the time that I needed it. We need more people like Jazz. She truly made the experience enjoyable. Thank you Jazz!!! I would recommend this establishment to anyone for the price, cleanliness and of course, this wonderful woman who takes pride in her job and will go the extra mile to help you.

I had a great experience renting a small unit at this location. The customer service is top notch. Shan and Jazz who were working there today are incredible and made the process very smooth. I finally have a storage unit at my own place so I came today to close my unit after over a year of renting, and I was able to very easily finalize the closure :)

I have used the storage before and Jazz has always been very helpful especially with the admin side of things. She basically holds your hand through the process. I was around while she was helping others and she gave the same courtesy to everyone. She needs to be replicated.

Very easy experience booking and getting set up on site. Ladies in the office are friendly and helpful for answering questions you might have. Building is very clean and tidy which made us feel comfortable leaving our belongings. Would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to free up some space at home.
