I am extremely disappointed with my experience at StorageMart. After my unit was affected by flooding at their facility, I filed an insurance claim expecting fair treatment and support. Instead, my claim was denied, leaving me to deal with the financial loss despite storing my belongings in good faith at their property.

The staff did not even realise that over a dozen units were flooded.

Throughout the process, I found the communication and claims handling to be frustrating and lacking in accountability. When customers pay for storage and insurance coverage, they expect protection and assistance when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering StorageMart to carefully review the insurance coverage and claims process before storing valuable items. Even if the staff tell you that you are covered and instruct you on what steps need to be taken to ensure you are covered, you are not as long as they can claim the damage was not caused by them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this facility.

Great experience, this is my second time using them for storage. Clean and climate controlled facilities. Stacey at the front counter was courteous and professional. Very patient and helpful in assisting me select the correct size unit.
Highly recommended!

Excellent service from the storage team today. The gentleman helping us was patient, professional, and took the time to show us different unit options instead of just trying to upsell us. Top teir service. Tho it is a bit pricey. However as far as customer service, I was certainly impressed. I had an issue with a faulty lock I had purchased from them. The lock was shot, but I had it replaced by their service rep Andrew. He was quite helpful. I would defnitely recommend.

I have rented storage space from the Arrow Rd location since October 2023. When I changed lockers because my needs had changed the staff was very helpful and easy to work with. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone needing storage space. I also appreciate that this location is so close to the highway.

Auction Buyers Beware ! Terrible and unprofessional customer service from store manager Andrew. I won an auction September 9 and went to the location to pay and pickup. I was informed the auction should have been removed because customer made arrangements to pay the day prior. Customer did not pay so legally the unit is mine. Andrew called the customer right in front of me to hurry in and pay. I immediately filed a complaint with the customer service group directed to acting regional manager Ian. I did not receive a call back. September 16, an email was sent to Alex ( actual regional manager ) to contact me. I have had no response.

Dated, tons of pot holes throughout property. Broken glass on the ground wasn’t cleaned up for the entire month I was there. Terrible customer service at the front desk (chubby guy that is apparently the property manager?). Go to any other storage facility. This place and the rude chunkster at the front counter will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

It’s clear they don’t value their customers or care about providing fair service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a storage provider that actually respects its customers.
I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this storage company. First, they overcharged me four times my regular rent without any explanation or warning. When I reached out to customer service, they gave me the runaround and refused to provide a clear answer.
After dealing with their ridiculous pricing, I decided to cancel my account and move out. I made sure to vacate the unit before the end of the month, only to find out they charged me for an entire additional month! When I contacted them to resolve this, they claimed it was "policy" and refused to refund me immediately. Instead, they said it would take 5 business days to process a refund, as if I should be okay with waiting for my own money to be returned after their mistake.

Not rented yet but this 1 star is for your service. Made reservation & got email confirmed making payment on moving date. But 2 days before moving date got email request making payment to secure reservation or will be canceled??? not about money, its about service. bullshit.

This would be our third storage unit at this location that she’s helped my family with and can’t say how stress free and easy it’s been, the entire process has been quite smooth.
