I visited this location in person a few weeks ago and was welcomed by a staff member named Hamid. Let me just say, he was the only reasonable person I spoke to that entire day. I had called multiple storage facilities beforehand, and every single one of them seemed more interested in pushing me to hand over my credit card than actually answering my questions. A lot of places also advertise misleading prices online, which made the process even more frustrating.

Walking into this office was a completely different experience. Hamid was knowledgeable, patient, and never overbearing. I have had a storage space at this location for over 5 years. Over the years the place has always been very clean and secure. Never had any issues here. I contemplated a second storage space and the front desk was very helpful and attentive to my requests. Offered me very competitive rates compared to other locations around me that I signed up for a second one. They always want to make their customers happy and will go out of their way for you. I have been using this facility for years. Overall, the experience has been positive, but only when interacting with the younger staff, who are periodically replaced. However, the facility manager has recently demonstrated questionable behaviour. He seems to think he is so big boss and has begun to be openly rude to customers... Also, I'd like to point out that after providing StorageMart with your credit card data, they can charge your card without your authorization and without notifying you, as happened in my case. The insolent manager mocked my confusion by saying, "You don't know that everything costs money. You have to pay." However, he did not clarify why I was not informed about those charges. Was he in need of money for lunch or to pay for an Uber ride?
