Andrew was absolutely amazing. I took my crazy 3 yr old Chocolate Lab to this location. This dog doesn’t have a mean bone his body but acts like a fool when he sees people and can be pretty intimidating. We recently lost our 17+ yr Chocolate Lab and I’m trying to focus on Kelly, the punk lol
I wanted to do something special for Kelly bc I knew he would love going into a store fo dogs lol
When we got there and I took him out of the car, he saw someone and did his usual terrifying barking. I put him back in the car. When I walked in the store, I saw a man behind the counter and explained how much I wanted Kelly to come in. Andrew was absolutely amazing. He actually came to the door of the store and said come on, bring him in. Go to the back left side of the store because another customer was on the other side. He talked to Kelly too and gave him a treat.
THANK YOU ANDREW!!!!! YOU ARE LITERALLY THEE BEST!!

Worst customer service I've received in ages! The only words said to me were the price of the item I was buying. No hello - they were too busy talking to each other - nothing while I walked around the store, nothing else at the register. Took my item, handed me the receipt without a word. An entire row was completely empty of items and no one was working on stocking it with anything. The toy selection is very limited, the food selection is heavy on boutique brands and gimmicks that have no scientific backing. The dog beds were overpriced, some $20+ what the companies charge on their own websites.

Was a younger guy there (Carmen) I believe he said his name was. He was very friendly, helpful & didn't rush you to get you out of the store. It would be great if more places had people like him. Makes doing business with the store a really nice experience & makes you want to go back.
