Hotel rooms were fine, free onsite parking was nice in downtown. Pretty rough area once outside the hotel. The pool pictures online are not accurate and if you have to post this sign that means this has been enough of an issue in the past but a definite turn off for clean guest. Front desk staff was nice and helpful.

Clean and big standard room, stable Wi-Fi and great service. Breakfast is good and complimentary. Big parking space and free of charge which I think is a big plus. Overall, this is a very nice hotel but in a not very nice neighborhood.

Definitely on a rougher part of LA, but the hotel takes a lot of security measures to ensure one’s safety. The rates are lower because of the part of town you in. Overall though besides this one weird beeping sound coming from another building that was resolved very quickly it was a good stay and it was very affordable. The desk person was extremely nice. He helped us point out certain restaurants and places that are overhyped. That was the difference maker for me otherwise I would have rated it 3 stars.

It was an absolute pleasure to walk in and be met with Patricia's top notch service and customer care after my long drive here. My customer satisfaction felt personal to her as my travel companions and I mentioned being hungry, she immediately provided excellent late night dinner suggestions without even being asked. She was extremely knowledgeable and kindness just radiated from her as she was still smiling even at the end of her shift. She was so gracious to me even when I needed another key made the next day. We received 5 star service from her our entire stay as I was blessed to encounter her both days of our stay. I appreciate the way she always portrayed that she cared about our experience. ♥️

UPDATE: I was so busy commending the fabulous customer service I received, I forgot to mention that the breakfast was absolutely AMAZING with sooooo many options! The room was clean and spacious and they even have a gym!! I really enjoyed my stay. Will stay here again if I'm in the area again. Great experience!

Yikes!

My office put me here because of the fantastic rate.

This Holiday Inn is fantastic.

The service is great and the hotel property is very clean.

Once you park, inside you feel safe.

Unfortunately, you can’t walk around the property because the Zombies are all over the sidewalk.

If you decide to leave the property just be careful.
