Super fast!! Great price! Even willing to wait for my son to go to the ATM to grab money out after he closes at 8PM! Very nice gentleman!! 5 stars I recommend this store for any phone issues! I can't believe how fast he fixed my son's phone! Thank you!!

I came in for a screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I was helped by Mohammed. He was polite and quick in installing my screen protector. The next day, I dropped my phone and that screen protector fell off as my phone hit the floor. I came back and told Mohammed about what happened and he immediately found another screen protector and replaced it with no questions asked. I would recommend this store to anyone. Great place, and great service 💯💯

Very professional and courteous. I cracked my screen and the bottom half of my screen was black, couldn't do anything. Had to do everything off of memory of knowing the key pad. But I called that morning, they had my screen in stock and it only took 30 minutes for them to fix it. My screen actually, for some reason, feels and looks better than the original. Thanks Falak. Will definitely be referring.

There honestly aren't enough words to say how amazing my experience was here. I went to him extremely hopeless after my touch screen stopped responding and Verizon told me I was out of luck. I had to get a replacement device but was unable to access all of the content from my broken phone to transfer it to the new phone. I went in there to see about getting the screen replaced thinking that was my only shot. Immediately falak took ownership of my issue and gave me all the confidence in the world that he knew just what to do to get my important stuff back. I am that person that keeps my entire life on my phone and when I thought it was all gone for good I was devastated. Until I walked into Cellairis. He went ABOVE and beyond to help me. Verizon made it seem like I was just out of luck. he allowed me to access everything I needed to retain all of my important documents and photos. I could finally breathe again after days of not knowing if all my important things were gone for good. I could go on and on but I will just say falak is a life saver and deserves so much recognition. I work in customer service and unfortunately it is rare to be treated this way. I truly felt like a valued customer, even though this was my first time there. The staff is efficient, professional, knowledgeable....just great. Cellairis has earned a very loyal customer who will refer all my friends and family because of falak!!! Thanks so much for all you guys do. And to anyone who reads this, just know cellairis is so much more than just replacing a broken screen. Ask for falak...he will have a solution for you!!!

Brought my poor phone in power button stuck no hope in sight! There over the horizon of a new day it is back to full working order for less than the cost of a new baby. Thank you! 🤗
