CJ and Breanna were awesome. They went over and beyond to fix my phone. CJ's customer skills were awesome. The place was packed, but CJ made every customer feel that their issue was important and they would take care of us.

I came in with my entire screen shattered, phone ran over on the freeway. In less than 2 hours I have a brand new screen and speakers were cleaned as well so my volume is perfect. CJ and Shawn in the back are 10 out of 10! The other phone place I went to said they weren’t gonna be able to fix my phone at all.

CJ and Schawn are awesome! I'm not super technical and was really upset about both my computers performance. CJ and Schawn fixed my issues in a matter of seconds. They were really patient with me and honest. Most places take advantage of you when you don't know. Not these guys. Besides that they both are really cute but very professional. If you have computer or phone woes, come and see them. You won't be disappointed! FIVE STARS.....

Note" People that know me, know that I'm a stickler for customer service. If I say that I received superb customer service, then thats exactly what I received.

I do not typically leave reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with a repair company.
I brought my phone in for a battery replacement because the battery was no longer holding a charge as it should. After the repair, I was told that the replacement had been completed successfully, all diagnostics had passed, and my phone was functioning properly.

However, within less than an hour of leaving the store, my phone began shutting off repeatedly. This issue had never occurred before the battery replacement. When I returned to address the problem, I was informed that there was a different issue requiring a significantly more expensive repair. This was concerning, as I had previously been told that all tests were normal and no additional problems had been identified.
The store offered to reinstall my original battery and provide a refund for the battery replacement, but the shutdown issue has now continued. I was ultimately told there was nothing further they could do. As a result, I now have to purchase an entirely new phone after bringing it in for what should have been a straightforward battery service.

My biggest concern is that at no point before or after the repair was I informed that another underlying issue might exist or that there was any risk of this occurring. I expected greater transparency, accountability, and customer support throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations.

This location is absolutely AMAZING!! Not only are they friendly but they go above and beyond. I had an issue with Zflip7 screen, Bree was very patient with me every single time I called up to the store. Which was at least 10 times lol. The rest of the team was very helpful as well, making sure I was good to go! I even got there exactly at 7, which is when they close. They had no issue at all letting me pick up my phone, which I much appreciate. Thank you guys so much and if I ever need fixing again, I'll be right back to you.
