We had a great experience working with Tom Sisk, Sales Consultant, at Cadillac of Novi. Tom recently helped my wife and me with the purchase of our 2026 Cadillac OPTIQ, and he made the entire process enjoyable and easy from start to finish.

He gave us the opportunity to demo the vehicle, walked us through the features, and helped make sure we were comfortable with the setup and overall experience. He was professional, patient, and made us feel like part of the Cadillac family. The Business Manager, Jeremy Wright, was also very pleasant to work with, which made the full experience even better.

Tom Eller is amazing! I’ve been dealing with an issue with my XT6 for almost a year. My vehicle had been in and out of the shop at least 4 times with no resolution! Tom understood my frustration and did everything he could to resolve my concern. My car is FINALLY fixed thanks to him. Tom’s customer service is top tier!!!

A I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Cadillac of Novi. I brought my vehicle in for a but was a noise, expecting a professional diagnosis and proper repair. Instead, I was told the issue was related to the glove box, and they went ahead and replaced it. When I picked up my car, the buzzing noise was still there—unchanged. Clearly, the problem was never properly diagnosed.

What’s even more frustrating is that I ended up identifying and fixing the actual issue myself, something I trusted a certified dealership to handle in the first place. That alone shows a serious lack of attention to detail and technical competence.

To make matters worse, when I got home, I noticed that the tan leather around my glove box was covered in black smudges and dirt. This is completely unacceptable. When you bring your car to a dealership—especially a Cadillac dealership—you expect a certain level of care and professionalism. Instead, my car was returned to me in worse cosmetic condition than I left it.

Overall, this experience showed poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and careless handling of my vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values both quality service and respect for their car.Oh

We had a wonderful experience at Cadillac of Novi, and Tony made the entire process of finding our new car smooth and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we were looking for. He took the time to explain our options clearly, answered every question we had, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

The Cadillac of Novi service team were amazing. Derek & Cocao, including the rest of the team were great at communicating and problem solving. My vehicle had a unique situation, but they were able to provide loaner vehicles and ultimately resolve the issues. I recommend this team to service your vehicle.
