I called and they were able to send a tech after hours, at no extra cost, the next day. That was convenient to ensure I was able to be home. Thomas was a great help. After a few attempts he was able to locate and (fingers crossed) permanently remove the clog. He also recommended and quoted taking out the copper pipe and replacing it with PVC.

The lovely lady that I spoke with the first day to set up the quote was great and gave me lots of background on the whole company too!
Joanthan came out the very next morning and walked me thru the whole process and what we were looking at on the camera, the easiest ways to go about everything and breaking down cost and financing completely.
Jacob and his partner were out the very next day to get the job going! And everything was completed within two days! Such a stress relief and amazing job!

The service technician John was the best. We had a carbon monoxide alarm go off and it was recommended that we have an HVAC technician come inspect the system. Upon his inspection, he determined that the pool heater may have been the cause of the alarm. After further investigation, he was correct and his expertise and advice most likely saved the lives of my entire family. I am grateful for Jon and Mrs. Michael’s for coming out to help us. Highly recommend this company to all.

It all started with Ben, who was really kind and professional delivering my quote. Mrs.Michaels is definitely not the cheapest option, but being a family and female owned business, I want to spend my money with good people, so it was an easy sale.
Within two days from the quote, I had a 200amp panel added outside and my 100amp panel swapped out for a new one. After install, there was an issue and we lost power to half of our house. Luckily, Evan was able to come out the following day and he got the problem identified and resolved within an hour, so it all turned out okay.
I’m not in love with the install of the copper wire going outside to the grounding rod they placed. It feels like I’m advertising copper in my house with this wrapping around a corner four to five feet and having it right underneath the hose spigot and on a heavy traffic step, which I’ve never seen done before (see photo). I was assured this is standard, so I will hope for the best but seems like that method should be improved. Overall I’m really happy with how everything worked out so I’d definitely recommend this business to anyone!
