Very professional, comfortable and easy to talk too. I was able to get in the next day.
Completed all the work while I was at work.
Definitely returning. Thank you so much for taking care of my Toyota 4 Runner!

They were excellent to deal with! I have a BMW that needed a whole new front differential. Josh kept me informed on progress, sent pictures and made the experience smooth as can be. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing big repairs.

Amazing experience. Fixed only what needed to be fixed on my H3 Alpha. Didn't try to upsell me or push anything on me .Josh was a great source of knowledge and information. I would give six out of five stars if I could. I know where I'm taking my car anytime I have an issue. Thank you guys for being honest and trustworthy.

Edit. Went back again for an oil change and a oil pressure sensor replacement. Both jobs were done well and within the price range I expected. Actually cost a bit less than I expected. Josh was helpful and insightful. Six star service every time. I love this place!

I discovered Griffin's Neighborhood Auto Clinic when all of the icons on my dashboard lit up and I didn't feel safe driving my 2019 Subaru Forester. Griffin's did a thorough investigation of the problem and came up to with a plan. I had to leave my vehicle there for a couple of days but they gave me a ride home and back to the dealership. The owner as well as the mechanics were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely consult with them for future repairs. I don't like dealership's for a variety of reasons so this is a great option.

I cannot thank and praise these guys enough!! My family and I were in town for a hockey tournament and ended up having car troubles. We landed at Griffins as it was the closest place to the rink. Boy am I glad we did!!!! Showing up right before they closed on a Friday, they still welcomed us with open arms. We truly needed that in the moment. We are 4 hours from home and stranded. They gave me hometown vibes all the way! GREAT PEOPLE AND SERVICE!!!
