The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. He was patient and kind, respected our belongings, and kept us highly involved in the process. Everything was done within our budget and we also got recommendations on how to upkeep our system in the future. I would definitely recommend this company!

I have never been more blown away with two amazing technicians than I was today.

I am far from an expert when it comes to furnace or filters or anything, But these gentlemen explained everything very easily and made me understand exactly what they were doing.

I would use them 20 times out of 20. I would recommend them to every single person I know.

They were unbelievable

I’m very happy with the service! The team was professional, arrived on time, and did a thorough job cleaning the air ducts. They explained the process clearly and left everything clean when they finished. I can already notice a difference in the air quality. Highly recommend their service!

I am very satisfied with USA Pro-Vac. They were able to schedule my neighbor and I on the same day for a discounted price. The technicians were great! They were very thorough with explaining each part of the process and letting me know any concerns they may have had. They did not try to peer pressure me into adding on any services, however they did advise me on what services I could benefit from in the future and which ones were not needed at this time.
