I highly recommend this company. Ms. Marie came all the way to saginaw to do a job for us. She went over and beyond to make sure we are happy. She was very kind and explained well. Highly recommend.

The service was absolutely outstanding!

Joe was incredibly accommodating, and his work was excellent, thorough, and meticulous.

Perry did a fantastic job identifying the true source of the problem and pinpointing exactly where it was located.

Conner couldn't have been nicer in coordinating the service. His exceptional customer service made the entire experience even better.

Detroit Furnace, you are truly the best from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone.

Domenic was our technician and he was absolutely amazing! He explained the plumbing issue in depth to my Mom and I and even made future suggestions. Domenic went to the store to purchase the parts he needed and repaired the toilet so quickly. My Mom is extremely happy that her toilet is now working, perfectly!

First guy that came out did great by me, told me I needed a new ac, told me about a grant program and to see if they can help, he walked me through the process and I had no faith in getting approved, I ended up getting approved and they came back out and installed a brand new ac, it seemed to work fine until I had that first very hot day which was like a 90 degree day, the house would not cool down, they gave me the run around for the first year while it was under warranty, now that it’s not under warranty, they love to tell me it’s past the year warranty, I’ve never been one to trash a business, but when you live in a house with 2 small children, and a diabetic wife and you try to do everything right and things like this happen it just gives you a bad taste, I fully understand nobody works for free, and parts aren’t free but when your system is barely 3 years old and you have a 5 year guarantee of service on your website, as a company you should honor that, all I want is someone to come out and tell me what’s wrong with it, I absolutely will tell anybody not to trust this company. I think because it’s grant work they didn’t take the project serious at all. This was a very unfortunate set of circumstances, and whatever I have to do with the city to make this right I will, I also will be contacting the better business bureau.

Absolute worst company we've ever dealt with. Two of their repairs caused leaks and property damage. Took them 4 trips out to try and install a backflow device, and then we had to fight for 2 months to get a refund, and had to pay a much better company fix their mess. Go with capital Plumbing, Detroit furnace is the absolute worst.
