My car got a flat tire on the way to work. The Canadian Tire Roadside assistance got my car back on the road so I could drive myself to the next Canadian Tire Auto Repair Shop, in Hull on Boul. De Grives. I was greeted by a friendly employee who made sure that I even got a ride back home, even though there is no shuttle service set up at this time. Thank you so very much, and a huge 'Thank You' goes out to Jason who took the time to give me a ride!

Unapologetic when they make a mistake. Not knowledgeable in auto repair. Rude manager. Charge 80$ to verify the check engine light when its 40$ at the dealer.

I went for a free oil change with the coupon I got for buying 4 winter tires. They said it would be about an hour (already pretty long for an oil change). I ended up waiting 4 (FOUR) hours! And in the end they managed to lock my car keys inside the car! So they had to take me home so I could get my spare key. And the only thing close to an apology was "Yeah, everyone makes mistakes, you know..." AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
