Im regularly greeted by name at my branch. Not because I do so many transactions each month. I visit the branch one time monthly. The staff make a point to know their customers and to treat them like the most important person to walk through the door. This is what keeps me coming back and sharing my positive experiences with so many others.

Do not keep appointments you scheduled online, and nobody answers the phone. Helping my parents and have been calling for hours and recieved confirmation for phone meeting and know call an hour after the scheduled meeting

The people at the counter were not helpful whatsoever i couldn't transfer money into my 80 year old grandmothers account because i wasnt her same address same last name not trying to take money out but put it in my grandmother is disabled they said its policy what policy wont let you put money into there account and i asked what if i bring her license and a deposit slip with her signature they said that won't work because they already know me what does that even mean worst customer service i have ever had in my 30 years of life if thats there policy thats disgusting

I do not recommend this bank. Opening an account should be seemeless and with this bank it has been a huge disconnect after they took my money. I am closing my account as soon as I can. I don't feel safe.

The worst financial institution I've ever had to deal with. If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. Customers shouldn't have to wait as long as they do. Let alone be refused service as your the last customer in line. They don't find our business necessary, I suppose. After today's experience, we'll be one less customer for them to juggle.
Just down right horrible.
