They try to sell home improvement loans to you if you have insurance loss check and they’ll say oh keep the cash and finance it.
I shouldn’t have to worry about my banker trying to talk me into financial suicide

I love this bank. I have been with them for over 18 years now. I took out a few personal loans & have always been treated well. Great rates & nice people in the offices.

Approaching year 20.... This bank has gone down the drain. Employees no longer want to help you. Very disappointed.

I went in this bank today to order me a new debit card. I have a joint account with my husband. They canceled my husband card and wouldn't help to get it back open. They lied to me and told me there's nothing they could do about it. The bank manager just kept giving me the run around for about 20mins and she asked me do I want to speak to customer service myself I said yes. I talked to customer service and they had the card unlocked in a matter of minutes. Even the lady in customer service told me they could of gotten the card unlocked. I guess they didn't want to work because they where about to close.

Troy rocks! Made things super simple and painless. People like her are exactly why I recommend Trustmark to friends and family.

As a business owner...they were extremely dismissive of me and treated me as if I was conducting criminal activity. This isn't my branch but it's my bank, so maybe I should take my business elsewhere. It was really embarrassing. Thank you Trustmark for an eye opening experience.
