I was so saddened by the situation I had this morning, I'm 66 and really struggling with getting old, always independent, having to ask for the smallest things was a big deal. This morning I had to ask for help at home depot at customer service desk I ask if someone could get me 2 no trespassing signs.she pointed to the other end of store as to where they were. I explained I couldn't walk it, if someone could please get them. She said no and pointed to the electric chairs which resulted in me raising my voice. I admit she went hiding behind the board on the phone. At one point she screamed at me to shut up. When the manager came he was apologizing to her! The sign says customer service even if I wasn't handicap

Bought a toilet and arranged for installation. Sue was very helpful. Only computer was not. Customer service also had small computer glitch but finally all ok. Sue was very helpful and gave me a name of reputable installer. We'll see.

The guys and woman in the garden department this morning were awesome. All 4 employees helped us somehow. All of our questions were answered. We got what we needed to grow some vegetables. Great experience here!

I love Home Depot
Especially this location
It's always clean and well maintained
And the employees here are super nice and helpful and are happy to answer any questions you have from basic home repairs to suggesting new appliances for a home remodel or for replacing aging or broken appliances
And also low key I love the home Depot theme song it's extremely catchy 😅
