I had water damage in my downstairs den and called Servpro as they came highly recommended.. Alex and his team arrived promptly to take care of the damage. They removed the water, the damaged carpet and dry wall and ensured the affected areas were dry enough to begin the renovation. They were timely, professional, and did great work. Travis managed the renovation and was also timely and professional. He looked over what was needed, made recommendations, put me in touch with carpet professionals, scheduled the work and stayed on top of the details. When an issue arose that needed immediate attention, Travis walked me through next steps, followed up and ensured that the job was completed on time, on budget, and with beautiful results.

We had a flood in our home and received Amazing Service from the girls in the office , the Restoration, Dry out crew, and the Rebuild crews! Victor was Awesome and went out of his way to ensure everything was done right with the Restoration and Rick T. did an exceptional job on our Rebuild. They follow up and make sure everything is done correctly. They are extremely professional and always call you back when you have questions. They do what they say they are gonna do and show up when they say they’re gonna show up. We were very impressed! We thank them all for such an extraordinary job. Thank you all so much and we will highly recommend all of you if given the opportunity.

Jesus Perez and Connor Grayum came to our aid the Friday before Easter…after hours! Throughout the entire experience, despite being a holiday weekend, they stayed in constant contact with us. Despite the mess they were dealing with, they answered call and texts, and maintained the utmost professionalism! While I hope I do not have another home disaster, Servpro will be the first I call if I need them!

SERVE PRO sent two capable technicians to complete the job that had been started. AYDEN AND LILI WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME TO COLLECT THE FANS PROMPTLY. They worked hard to get the flooring and the wet baseboards up and away. These were the most professional "young people " I had met since moving here.
Kudos! The project manager did not give us notice that anyone from Serve Pro would come by. Each time it was a surprise, and at different times on days they chose.

Do not use Servpro to do your repairs. I did and the quility of work was so bad. Jerry and his teams will not respect you or your home. Jerry doesn't listen to what you want and likes to man-splane things to you. Their communication is almost nonexistent. You will have to repeat everything multiple times and still will not get what you asked for. His teams have no concept of time as they are never on time. They show up hours later then they said they would or will show up way before they said they would with no notice at all. They damaged things in my home; a bench, my in home stereo system (i no longer have because i couldn't afford to replace it) had to replace my broom and vacuum because they didnt have anything to clean up their mess with so they used mine. They didnt have basic tool to do their job. They cut unnecessary holes in my subfloor and left them open, their drywall work and paint looks like a toddler did it. Cut the flooring to short so there is gap between flooring and quarter round. Quarter round doesnt line up and has gaps. Damaged my new cabinets putting them in. Torqued them so bad they are coming apart. Made 1 cabinet float. Upper cabinet is about to fall off the wall. Cut out cabinet for an outlet that wasnt there and then mounted the cabinet over the outlet. Holes for outlets not big enough or to big for the outlet cover to cover it. Got expansion foam in my carpet. Molding is pieced together. Used exterior primer( that belonged to my father in-law i was never compensated for the replacement of this for him) to prime my walls. Had to reprime to walls myself with the interior primer i had already purchased. Had a 2nd team come in to repair the repairs and there work was no better. They used caulk as the patch. Reached out to Rick the supervisor who didn't seem to care the work was abysmal. Only cared about bottom line. Forced me into a settlement that was only $2415.25 less than what I owed them. Was double charged for some materials because i said i was buying materials and it was still on the estimate. Told Jerry about it and he said they would take care of it. They did not. Had to pay for things they tore up to be replaced. This whole experience has been a nightmare. The list is so long google cant even load it and so mant pics it throws an error when i try to post. Do not use servpro for your repairs!
