A nice thorough job. Josh picked up a lot of things which I never would have in my brand new home construction. As a result, I have an unbiased third party asessment of issued to be corrected by the contractor.

We had an excellent experience working with Josh at Western North Carolina Property Inspections. He had the report to me with urgency and worked with us during a few follow-ups to better understand the problems seen. Highly recommend.

Josh provided excellent service! Super responsive, fast, very complete inspection. He also talked with me over the phone about some of his findings that helped me get more details about some of the areas that needed work. Highly recommend!

The results matched exactly what was promised on the website—fast, efficient, and easy. I scheduled online, and the system automatically sent the report to both me and my agent, saving valuable time. The inspection was thorough, and the report was high-quality and easy to understand.

Josh runs a business that truly caters to busy professionals who prefer to handle things digitally without sacrificing a personal touch. I’ll be using this inspector for all future needs and have already shared his info with everyone I know.

Thanks to you and your team for making the process so smooth! To have you follow up ensuring I received what I needed and to see if I had any questions was so appreciated in this day and age.
