We were driving through Indianapolis to Kansas City when we had a blow out with no spare on our camper. Pomp’s got us taken care of quickly and at a very reasonable price! Would definitely recommend!

Showed up at 7:30am Thursday 6/25 with plans to drop my car off for the day for an alignment while I was at work. I called the day before to inquire about price and availability. I was told to “bring the car on in.”

While checking in with a staff member, another staff member interrupted us to inform me that the car would not be touched until Monday June 29th. That is 30 open business hours away. I’m supposed to believe this shop is so busy that they cannot perform an alignment in almost 3 full business days? I mean, if so, good for them for being so incredibly busy.
The interaction with this other staff member felt unprofessional to me & left me with a bad impression.
Instead, I drove my car to a competitor and my car will be ready in a couple hours.
I will not be returning to Pomp’s in the future.

Had A popped tire on my trailer and barely made it to their shop, upon putting on a new tire we discovered that my springs completely came out and my axle shifted. They immediately called a mechanic Which the mechanic was truly a G. Fixed me up in one hour along with the other amazing guys.
