Went in here at the end of May. My car was really sounding ruff and lurching. They changed my drive shaft, new mounts on my transmission, did my brakes, put on 4 of the cheapest tires they got. All for a total of just under 4,000 dollars!! I get in my car its still doing the same thing it did when I dropped it off! So I go in and joe tells me sorry your going to have to take it to a transmission place. So I leave its driving terribly. I start going slow for a long period of time and the noises go away. Well today im driving and it starts doing what it was doing back in may! I took it to a mechanic. The front differential was split in 2! He said it was impossible for them not to see that! Dont trust a word out of that joe guys mouth. And its not just him the other workers knew he was robbing me and said and did nothing. Never go here.

Exceptional service at Belle Tires. Technicians are experts and answer all your questions. If you come to this place, your car will be greatly taken care of. The place is always busy but they are very good at accommodating unless they are super busy. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you.

DO NOT TRUST these people, i was in there yesterday getting my tires done, and "joe" and his technicians saw that there was a battery alert on my car, so they went into my engine bay without telling me that they were going to do this at all, and started taking the battery housing apart... i happened to be watching when one tech come over to my car and fiddle with the cover and then just threw it onto the engine bay, they seemingly do not know what they are doing with european cars because they completely left the positive terminal cover for the battery just hanging near the coolant. they will go into your car, take it apart, and they dont know how to put it back together properly. i looked in my bay yesterday to see if it was all fine, seemed fine to me but the red cover being where it was seemed a little off to me but i didnt pay it any mind because im not a mechanic and they seem to think youre an easily scammable schmuck if youre not a mechanic, the only reason i knew for sure is because i went to autozone and got a new battery (for more than half of the price of the AGM battery belle tire quoted me) and put it in myself.

I managed to somehow get a flat on my truck. Luckily the exit I pulled off of had a belle tire. Honestly, I wish I could give this place 10 stars but google only allows 5. Everyone was phenomenal and extremely thorough and kind! There’s not enough positive adjectives in the English dictionary to describe this establishment and the gentleman who work here.

Scheduled an appointment same day for new tires on my work truck. They were able to get me quickly. The assistant manager Lyod was friendly and helpful. Although they couldn’t align my truck, their Tech Justin was transparent with the repairs needed to do the alignment. I had them install new tire pressure sensors and they got rid of that pesky message on my dash.

I declined the extra service as I have an independent mechanic to do the work. I am happy with the new tires. Good crew at Belle Tire in Columbus.
