We requested service from Cole’s Appliance Repair for our dishwasher. We waited a week for the technician to come out. During that week, we realized that our Samsung oven had also been acting up as well.

Robert arrived promptly. He was friendly, professional and courteous.

Robert was kind enough to check our oven while here. Since this was the third time we’ve had to have a technician service our Samsung dishwasher; Robert was honest enough to tell us he could temporarily repair the problem, but we may be better off replacing it - which we did - same with the stove.

The price was fair and we were happy with the service and recommend Cole’s Appliance Repair. We don’t recommend Samsung appliances. :)
