I had a really great experience at the MyEyeDr. in Warrenton. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy from beginning to end. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Robinette, the General Manager. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my experience. She took the time to answer my questions, helped me find what worked best for me, and made me feel like more than just another customer.

You can really tell when someone takes pride in what they do, and Robinette definitely does. The staff overall was great, but she really stood out and deserves recognition. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a friendly and professional eye-care experience in Warrenton. Thank you, Robinette, and the whole team! 👏

The receptionist, Dr. Jan and Robinette were all extremely helpful. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions and more. It was a very smooth experience and I walked out extremely happy. Looking forward to going back to pick up my glasses and seeing them again. :)

My husband and I came in today for eye exams. The receptionist/medical assistant, Evelyn, was very sweet, helpful, and down-to-earth. Dr. Chan was equally helpful and made sure to answer all of our questions while educating us about the health of our eyes and his findings during our appointments. Evelyn took the extra time to break down what we owed as well as what the insurance would cover. She even went the extra mile to help me try on glasses since I’ve never worn them before. Robinette was awesome too! She finished helping me find my glasses and recommended a beautiful pair that fit my personality and the look I was going for. She was very personable and helpful too. Everyone was wonderful, kind, and gave great customer service. If you come here, you won’t be disappointed. 10/10 stars across the board! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
