Three weeks ago, I had a positive experience at this store due to the exceptional service. Unfortunately, proximity issues led me to Willow Grove, which failed to meet my expectations, resulting in a regrettable decision. Consequently, I will not be shopping at this store again. However, the North Wales store team demonstrated exceptional service skills, particularly Keria, Eva, and Shane. Their efforts are appreciated, and I commend them for their outstanding service, looking forward to my next visit.

I had the pleasure of meeting Arielle today, she was so helpful and kind. AE is lucky to have such a strong wonderful woman working for them. There was another young lady, I didn’t get her name, but she was so helpful and personable as well. Such a fabulous staff.

Challen and Ariel are the nicest people I have ever met in my life. This was my first time in the store and it was so clean and open. Ariel helped me find the item I was looking for, provided sizes and gave me a dressing room. She was a huge help the entire time and went above and beyond for me. Challen checked me out and she was so kind!!! Both girls are so sweet and fun to talk to.

The last few times I have gone into this location, everyone was super friendly. I went in today in a time crunch to try and find the pair of jeans I loved before I go away next week and Hannah was incredibly kind and helpful! She ran and got me other sizes and even found a different style of jeans for me while I was trying my other pairs on. She was so genuine in helping me feel confident in my purchase prior to leaving the store! The variety of sizes and styles is incredible for jeans, I will never buy my jeans anywhere else!

What a wonderful store! The lovely worker Jess was more than attentive. She helped every customer who came to try items on, checked up on them, and even brought other clothes she thought would look good on them too!! I hadn’t planned on buying anything, so leaving with 2 items shows you what a terrific job she did. I will be back and thank you Jess! 👏🏼💕
