This Auto Zone is always extremely busy. They had a part I couldn't find anywhere else so I came late one afternoon to buy it and the line was so long I left. I came back the next day and was asking the gal who was helping me some questions about returns etc. She was extremely rude and not helpful, I have gone to other locations and not had this problem. If you can hit another location.
