We only had one day to find a vehicle, so we were feeling pretty stressed going into the dealership. Earlier in the day, another salesman helped us, but the vehicles he showed us just weren’t what we were looking for. We specifically wanted a GMC Acadia, but we were shown a Dodge Durango and an Escalade with over 100,000 miles. After a while, he wandered off, and we were honestly starting to lose hope that we’d find the right vehicle.

That’s when Buzz Summers stepped in, and we’re so glad he did. He came up to us and said, “I think I found a vehicle you guys would really like, but it’s in Orem. If you’re interested, I’ll drive you there so you can check it out.”

We said yes, and Buzz personally drove us to Orem to see a 2021 GMC Acadia Denali. As soon as we saw it, we knew it was exactly what we had been looking for. We took it for a test drive, and my wife absolutely loved it. We both agreed it was the perfect vehicle.

Buzz made the entire process incredibly easy. They even let us drive the Acadia back to National Auto Plaza in Sandy from Axio Auto in Orem, and from there the paperwork and purchase process was quick and smooth.

Thanks to Buzz, we found and purchased a 2021 GMC Acadia that we absolutely love, all in a single day. He went above and beyond to make sure we found the right vehicle instead of trying to sell us just anything. We truly appreciate his honesty, effort, and outstanding customer service.
