I rarely leave reviews, but the experience my family and I had at this Verizon location was so exceptional that I felt it deserved recognition.

Our journey started with Xavier, whom I spoke with over the phone about porting 13 lines and purchasing phones. From the very first conversation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us make the transition as smooth as possible. He answered all of our questions, scheduled a date for us to come in, and assured us that everything would be ready when we arrived.

When we got to the store, Xavier had done exactly what he promised. Everything was prepared ahead of time, which made a huge difference considering the size of our account and the number of lines we were transferring. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, we felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment we walked in.

I also want to recognize Ramy, the store manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we needed, made sure we were getting the right setup, and genuinely cared about our experience. It never felt like we were being rushed or treated like just another customer. Both Ramy and Xavier were patient, friendly, and focused on making sure everything was done correctly.

What stood out most was how much they valued our time and how committed they were to making the process easy for us. Porting 13 lines could have easily become stressful, but thanks to Xavier and Ramy, it was one of the smoothest wireless transactions I’ve ever experienced.

If a friend or family member asked me where they should go for Verizon service, upgrades, new phones, or switching carriers, I would confidently send them to this location without hesitation. The level of customer service, preparation, and professionalism we received is hard to find these days. Xavier and Ramy have earned my trust and future business, and I highly recommend anyone looking for Verizon service to visit this store and work with them.
