Honestly a good experience. They were super accommodating; I needed storage super last minute and was lowkey stressed, but they made it so easy and didn’t make me feel rushed or anything.

and the girl working there?? SUCH a girls girl. like just genuinely nice, helpful, and not fake about it. you can tell she actually cares.

anyway, everything worked out way better than i expected. would use them again.

the rental price goes up 116$ not 67$ anymore. Sometimes when I’m one day late with payment, they will rush me through the emails.

I understand there was a long weekend in early April. However, after I made the payment and proactively emailed to them asking receipts, no one responded. That says a lot about their attitude.

OMG SO MANY MICE. We came here almost a year ago from a different smart stop on Torbarrie where we were for a couple years. No issues at the other location but THIS LOCATION for the last two months has been overridden with mice feces and urine and dead mice. I have caught over 12 of them since the beginning of January. There's little poops and pees on everything! We are building storage in our garage to get out of here ASAP. We informed management and the best they can do for us is move us to another storage unit since mice infestation is not covered by insurance and they cant gaurantee no mice in the other one. So so gross and half our baby stuff now has to be sanitized or thrown out. We only keep non edible storage items obviously which were the same items from the Torbarrie location. We are at a significant loss and we have a new baby and work and cannot do anything about this until our storage is built and we get out of there.

Do not put important or valuables at this location who don't want to be infested with mice.

Mice and unhelpful staff. Cheaper places that actually care about their people as more than just a quick income. They lock the only bathroom when the office is not open, closest option is a bar nearby, good luck. 1/10 would not recommend.

I rented a unit in Oct 2024 and I received a letter recently telling me that my promotional rate will end in March 2025. My rate will be adjusted effective immediately for my next forth coming deduction. I was shocked to find out that the rate will increased by $111.87. That is a substantial increment! I understand that rental increase yearly but was shocked that it is by over $100+ every 6 months as experienced by other users? Which means I should expect my rental rate to jump by another $100+ again in 6 months to come?
