Had a great experience using the service here for a few months. The manager Marcelle was friendly, helpful, and even went out of her way when there were slight issues with payment to correct it. The unit we rented was clean and easy to access.

The excellenct provided by the staff was excellence beyond measure. Marcelle is the main person I dealt with. She went over and beyond to ensure my needs were being met. I was going through a rough patch and Marcelle provided a very supportive environment, second to none. Recognitions going out to The team of Marcelle and Sonali at York Mills location. Five Star PLUS is the measure of excellence over and beyond expectations. I can recommend Access Storage - York Mills

Extremely poor communication and lack of transparency at this location.

I’ve used Access Storage across Toronto and the GTA many times and never had an issue. Here, my credit card information was taken but never properly set up, which led to late payments.

When I tried to resolve it, the store took no accountability. To make matters worse, their emails say to ignore notices if auto-pay is set up—which in my case, it wasn’t.

Very disappointing experience. I will be filing a consumer complaint. Make sure you confirm every detail before signing anything.

I thought the staff was so helpful throughout my experience. It was late and I was worried and scared but the staff guided me and even went over and above to make sure I was ok by showing up near the dock area because another car was parked there. This was very kind of him especially being my first time and i was alone. Everything was explained in full and very detailed! The unit was bigger then expected so now I can bring in more stuff!

We’ve been using this storage facility for about a year now and highly recommend it. The place is always clean and well-maintained whenever we visit, and we’ve never had any issues. Their customer service is top-notch—on a recent trip, we mistakenly didn’t secure our lock properly, and by Monday morning, the facility reached out to notify us and ensure we could fix it quickly. Their attention to detail and proactive communication really impressed us. If you’re looking for a reliable and secure storage unit, this is the one!

We will be checking out of the storage unit in the near future. If we have an unpleasant experience on that front I’ll come back to update my review.

Marcelle, Sonali and Vinay are fantastic! They helped us find a unit suitable for our large items. We are very grateful to have them as the managers of our storage units. We have used their 2 units for free for 1 month and moving to new larger unit for 50% off for 3 months. Many thanks to their exceptional customer service🙏

I've had a unit here for years. Convenient and clean, and well maintained. I just got a second unit, and Sonali gave me the run-through thoroughly and thoughtfully. Very good customer service. I recommend this place.

It’s such a nice place to store your belongings for couple months during summer as a student. The manager at the front desk is extremely patient, guiding me through every step and every detail in the rental process. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Marcelle showed us around the storage facility and answered all questions. Very informative and sweet woman. Best first experience using a self storage company.
