We’ve been using this storage facility for about a year now and highly recommend it. The place is always clean and well-maintained whenever we visit, and we’ve never had any issues. Their customer service is top-notch—on a recent trip, we mistakenly didn’t secure our lock properly, and by Monday morning, the facility reached out to notify us and ensure we could fix it quickly. Their attention to detail and proactive communication really impressed us. If you’re looking for a reliable and secure storage unit, this is the one!

We will be checking out of the storage unit in the near future. If we have an unpleasant experience on that front I’ll come back to update my review.

Marcelle, Sonali and Vinay are fantastic! They helped us find a unit suitable for our large items. We are very grateful to have them as the managers of our storage units. We have used their 2 units for free for 1 month and moving to new larger unit for 50% off for 3 months. Many thanks to their exceptional customer service🙏

I've had a unit here for years. Convenient and clean, and well maintained. I just got a second unit, and Sonali gave me the run-through thoroughly and thoughtfully. Very good customer service. I recommend this place.

It’s such a nice place to store your belongings for couple months during summer as a student. The manager at the front desk is extremely patient, guiding me through every step and every detail in the rental process. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
