this is the slowest drive thru i have ever been to. people are parked in the drive thru lane because how slow it is. the food is what’s to be expected from a panera. i placed a mobile order and have been in line nearly 20 minutes when my order has been done. don’t stop here if you’re trying to get a quick bite.

I used to love Paneras salads, but they have gone down hill. Last two times I’ve gone, the ingredients are slim and not as fresh. I paid for a whole salad and looks like I got a half. Only good thing was it tasted good.

We go to this Panera A LOT, and by far my biggest issue is with the order inaccuracy. With nearly HALF of our orders there is at least one thing wrong with it. The food tastes good and the value is okay, but if you go here, be sure to check that what you receive is what you ordered.

We didn’t stay to get food because no one greeted us, and there was a sign that said “kiosk only.” We spent 4 months in Naples going to different Paneras at least 3 times a week. Amazing service! Met friends there. This Akron Panera is an embarrassment to your brand. And breakfast sandwiches should be available all day long!
