Tristin provided truly outstanding service at Topgolf. Her professionalism, hospitality, and personality could not have been better.

Topgolf is typically staffed and managed by a younger team, and while the service is usually good, Tristin stood out at an entirely different level. She was attentive, welcoming, personable, and made the entire experience feel first-class.

Her service was genuinely 5-star. Topgolf is lucky to have someone like Tristin representing the brand and creating that kind of experience for guests. Highly recommend!

Went today with our family from out of state as our dad’s Christmas gift! Brandon was our host. We had a party of 10. Brandon was amazing and took such great care of us. The food was great. Drinks were great and we had a blast! We booked an event and the package was perfect!! Will definitely return!

I had an excellent visit to Topgolf Akron! It was my first time playing at a Topgolf location. One of the staff members, Daisy, helped me with an issue that I was having after I accidentally canceled (instead of modifying) an online reservation that I had made using a coupon code from my mobile phone provider. She made sure that after I rebooked my reservation, that I would receive the offer the following day and also stopped by my bay to introduce herself to ensure that my visit was enjoyable. She is awesome! Thank you to her manager as well. Shout-out to the kind young lady at the front desk that greeted me (I don't know her name unfortunately) and also AJ, my server at my golf bay, he was awesome too. Great customer service all around and I will definitely be returning again.

Excellent overall experience! Decided to grab dinner with friends and try something new - we had a great evening. It was all of our first time there and our bay host, Landrey explained everything well. She was attentive and funny, thought of everything before we had a chance to ask. Food and drinks were delish and we look forward to visiting again!

We had an event that Top Golf Akron hosted for us. I was extremely impressed with everything. The appetizers that they included in our package was amazing. Working with Shawn was very easy and he made sure everything ran smoothly for us. The entire staff made us feel very welcome! Highly recommend this for any type of team building or golf outings. Prices were very reasonable!
