John went above and beyond, finding the right mattress for us. He gave us a thorough demonstration of the products and then helped us pick our mattress without pressure or anxiety. Great customer based experience.

We love our new mattress! Thanks again John.

We had a great experience buying our Sleep Number bed thanks to John! He was incredibly easy to talk to, never pushy, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made all the difference. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to help you find the right bed, I definitely recommend asking for John at Sleep Number in Madison!
