TL;DR: They listen, sales aren't pushy, and they have a decent variety.

My daughter decided she wanted her own recliner and we decided it would be a good experience for her to learn to save up, research, and buy something large.

Every place we went to kept asking us how we felt and what we wanted and ignored her after we explicitly stated she was saving up for it and she was halfway there.

Here though, they not only talked to her, they answered her questions and educated her on types of fabric and features available. It was never pushy, but still a well guided sale. In contrast a few places assumed they wouldn't get a sale and just walked away.

Well today she got enough from Christmas and she took her mother back to pick up a chair. They remembered her and were friendly while closing the sale.

The selection wasn't endless, but several styles, colors and features were represented. The prices were pretty decent and the quality was excellent for the price.

I don't buy furniture often (once every handful of years), but this is the first place I'll be looking next time.

Absolutely the best service imaginable. Employees Dustin and Jesse were the most competent, well-mannered, and honest salesmen I've ever met, and they went above and beyond to make sure that we had the most impressive furniture shopping experience imaginable. They have earned two lifelong customers, and many raving reviews to friends and family, if you're in the market for sofas, love seats, recliners, or beds, please make this your next stop.

Amazing service from Zach (my sister told me to ask for him because she was so impressed) Truly blown away quality products and unbelievably great prices. The show room was so nice and well organized. All of my questions were answered without the feeling of the usual high pressure sales pitch. Thank you, FFO! I will definitely be back!

My husband and I were very pleased with FFO. The service was exceptional. Jesse the assistant manager was patient, informative, and helpful. We ended up buying several more items than we had first planned. It was well below freezing outside. Jesse and another employee quickly loaded us up without complaint. We will most definitely be back in the future.
