The hotel is great, great customer service and very clean room. The swimming pool and hot tub is awesome!

The location during day time is fine but during night, I notice homeless walk around or sleep on the sidewalk. But they didn't bother us.

I have stayed in many three-star hotels in Los Angeles, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The breakfast, gym, laundry facilities, pool, and beds were excellent. Everything was well maintained, and it is clear that the hotel has excellent management. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here multiple times because of the proximity to CSUN. This is a very well run establishment! The rooms are clean and perfectly designed for comfort. Its location is walking distance to a metro stop that gets you to all the hotspots around L.A. There are also some legendary spots close by in Chatsworth like The Cowboy Palace (See Pink Pony Club Video) and the Munch Box. The breakfast is good too! We highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is awesome! The staff is super polite, I had an amazing 10-night stay and even booked a personal trip here recently. Rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. It's in a great spot with fantastic restaurants and taco trucks nearby. The breakfast is great, and their coffee machine whips up freshly brewed coffee or espresso. Just a heads-up: trains pass by occasionally, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to be prepared. Personally, it didn't bother my stay!

Picked this place based on where we needed to be located, which was great. Rooms were clean, very basic hotel. Please be mindful you are right by train- it’s very loud and constant aside from sundays . Also the fire alarm randomly went off on us without any explanation or reasoning after? Staff was friendly. When we were asked if we wanted housekeeping daily; we said yes however didn’t get cleaned the first night of our stay. Breakfast was solid for having it offered. Overall could be worse and better.
