This business will scam you out of your money. They had our vehicle for over a week and “diagnosed” it with something that was not accurate. After fixing what they thought was the issue, we then received a call saying it actually wasn’t the problem. We requested for them to put the old parts back. They then charged 2 diagnostic fees.. would not recommend.

Great service at Firestone Gonzales! Everyone was super friendly and took good care of my car. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. You can tell they really care about their customers and stand behind their service. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family!
